Given the daily numbers of Covid Positive Cases don’t seem to be slowing, the Club has decided to cancel the 26^th of March Meeting.

Latest news is that there may be some announcement regarding outdoor venues and spectator restrictions so we are working towards running the Club Afternoon meeting on the 10^th of April should this happen.  This is still to be finalized by the committee but is something that we can see is a possibility.  The Meeting will be open to every class that Rotorua Contracts, but will be limited to Rotorua Competitors only, except for classes where we have very few competitors, ie Six Shooters, Saloons and TQs.  There will be other restrictions but these will be dependent upon the latest set of Covid rules at the time.

Easter:  The Easter Champs as we know it will not be held this year, but we do intend to run a lower scale two day meeting that may include a small championship for each class that we have scheduled to race.  It is intended that we still run the Demolition Derby but this will be decided closer to the date and in line with the latest Covid Restrictions.

TBA There may also be a Club afternoon on the 30^th of April but once again for Rotorua Competitors.  This will still take some working through with all our staff and suppliers as was not scheduled.
